At Kailong'kol House, opposite Lodwar Prison, The Diner has become a meeting place. County officials, aid workers, travellers and families share one long, unhurried table.
We cook the way Turkana eats: generous, fresh and full of flavour. Breakfast starts at eight. Coffee comes by the press. Juice is pressed while you wait. Lunch is never small.
